We are so honored that you’ve chosen this training to advance your yoga teaching path. We look forward to being immersed with you in deep inquiry, refinement of your teaching skills, and to create some discernment around who you are becoming as a yoga teacher.
Payment + Registration
If paying per module, please be aware that early bird pricing is available up to two weeks prior to the start date, so be sure to register early. All of the modules are now posted on Breathing Room’s website, so this shouldn’t be a problem. In addition, I will be creating a separate link to pay for the Mentorship portion of the training, which is also $300. If you paid for all 8 modules + mentorship ahead of time, then you won’t need to do this.
Schedule + Location
Please note that we will try to do our best to adhere to the schedule that we have on our website. However, there may be times when we may need to reschedule, especially during the winter months.

We will be dividing out time between Breathing Room (864 Broadway | South Portland) and TULA (146 Ocean St. | South Portland)
Friday 5:30 - 8:30 TULA
Saturday 9:30 - 5:30 Breathing Room
Sunday 9:30 - 5:30 TULA
I will send out an email prior to each weekend module to remind you of times and locations and if there are any changes that will need to be made.
A secret Facebook group will be created as a way to help facilitate discussion, share questions, and create a sense of peer support.
Monthly Mentoring Sessions
After the first weekend module, I will send out a calendar to schedule our first monthly mentoring session. Since most of you live outside of Portland, these mentoring sessions can take place via Skype or FaceTime. These sessions will be one hour in length.
The following group agreements come from Livia Cohen - Shapiro of Applied Psychology for Yogis. These are meant to foster and support healthy community. Please take a moment to look these over and asses whether to edit, add or remove any of these agreements so that our time together can be fruitful.
I treat myself and others with respect, honor, and gentleness throughout this learning discourse.
I give the benefit of the doubt.
I will be on time and present for each module.
I will check in with my self--my observations, feelings, needs and ask questions, make comments, provide suggestions from that place, even when uncomfortable.
I will not share the immediate content of each module with others without express permission from its curator.
I will extend credit when appropriate.
I will strive for confidentiality.
I will speak from my own experience when sharing information about the training.
I commit to my own process and exploration.
If I am struggling I will reach out for support.
